Miki Tanaka Staghorn Beetle Oxidized SS Cufflinks 34mm

$375.00
Availability: In stock (1)

Staghorn Beetles are named for their large mandibles that resemble a stag's antlers. They use their mandibles, much like stags do to fight over females, to wrestle each other for mating sites and food, such as tree sap and decaying fruits. Despite their often fearsome appearance, they are not normally aggressive to humans.

Which makes them great as a pair of cufflinks, such as these oxidized sterling silver ones by Miki Tanaka Jewelry. Miki Tanaka's care for details is especially evident on the beetle's underside.

These are each 34mm long.
