The little cotton ball cluster inside this basalt is called okenite. It's a type of zeolite from India. The fine, straight, fibrous crystals that radiate from the cluster's center can bend, but they will likely break when touched. Okenite can be white to yellow or even blue, but in recent years, some have taken to dying them various other colors.
It measures 17x15x11cm, and weighs 2.4kg.
