Not all labradorite exhibits labradorescence. Labradorescence is the name of the optical effect (schiller) that produces the iridescent colors you see in these labradorite earrings. Labradorite that doesn't exhibit labradorescence either doesn't have the right composition or cooled before calcium, sodium, silicon and aluminum ions could diffuse through the mineral to produce separation between microscopic layers, between which light entering the mineral gets bounced around before it exits, thereby creating labradorescence.
These sterling silver studs hold 7x4mm labradorite stones.
