Apatite is often mistaken for other minerals (it's name derives from the Greek 'apatein', meaning to deceive), but there's no mistaking the shimmery schiller in this bowl.
It's 10cm in diameter and 4cm tall, and from Madagascar.
It appears to have been broken during the grinding process. The crack, visible in the second photo, is polished over and mostly smooth. It sells as-is and is not returnable.
